After 12-years, Ross is a well-known personality in the Financial Services and Recruitment industries, known for his professionalism and business integrity. He continues to act as mentor and technical advisor to each consultant ensuring above average market knowledge and therefore above average delivery in highly specialised niche markets. He hails from Investec Merchant Bank where he spent 8 years primarily in M&A and Specialised Finance.

Allison Gillson Chief Operating Officer BA and HDE
Allison is responsible for all operational aspects of the business and is ultimately responsible for all delivery and quality issues and management of the entire staff complement. With over 12-years experience in the recruitment industry, Allison has gained excellent exposure in both a Consulting and Management capacity. Her primary responsibility is the positioning of Paton Personnel as a leader in the Financial Services and Executive Management markets.

Robyn spent 10-years in generalist recruitment as a Senior Recruiter and later Area Manager. She left to explore her interest in people and their potential by taking on a facilitation role in the Human Resource Development field, returning to recruitment when she joined Paton Personnel 9-years ago. Robyn is a recruiter par excellence, with an insight into the human psyche and the psyche of the business world that sees many successful deals concluded.

Samira draws on her deep knowledge in Corporate Finance, Specialised Finance and Private Equity, gained over 4 years of recruitment, to offer her clients a professional and focussed executive recruitment service.

In 2004, she moved to Investec Private Bank where she was a Private Bank Consultant for 15 months, developing tailored lending solutions for high nett worth clients. In July 2005, Nicole returned to consulting joining Paton Personnel .

This experience involved managing the employment of staff members, and ultimately introduced Melanie to the recruitment environment.
